TheraPeds offers hiring solutions for educational systems. We support schools and their special education programs by hiring qualified in-person and virtual therapists and educators.
TheraPeds is a therapist-owned and operated agency with more than 25 years of experience in the school system. While we started in Colorado as a contracting agency supporting Colorado schools, our hands-on model and expertise were a success and soon sought after in other states, leading to a nationwide expansion. It’s an honor to support schools across the country.
Why TheraPeds?
We aren’t headhunters or recruiters, nor are we a large corporation with many moving parts.
We know firsthand the demands of the special education system from a district, therapist, and teacher perspective. We also understand the need for qualified contract SPED providers and that both the district and provider feel engaged and supported. We also pride ourselves on being exclusively school-focused as well as having an excellent team of teachers and therapists available for in-person, virtual, or hybrid support.
